I believe leadership is built in dialogue. It’s how you motivate, guide, and scale your impact through other people. But just as importantly, it’s how you listen inward. How you stay connected to your values, set meaningful goals, and lead with clarity and intention.

hOW IT WORKS
My approach is pragmatic, curious, and direct.
First, we work together to identify your current strengths to build on, opportunities to improve, and challenges to overcome. While this is primarily based on self-reflection, we can include 360 feedback from the people most directly impacted by your leadership.
Then, in a series of 1-on-1 sessions, I ask the questions that bring the real work to the surface, guide you to make choices that lead to growth, and hold you accountable to your commitments as a developing leader. I challenge you to think differently, experiment boldly, and lead more consciously.
